About Me

Vikram Rao

I'm a finance executive with over a decade of experience building and leading FP&A functions at high-growth technology companies. Most recently, I served as CFO at NexHealth, where I still serve as an executive advisor, and before that as Head of FP&A at Skillz, where I built the finance function from scratch through the company's IPO.

Earlier in my career I led FP&A at Wing — an Alphabet company spun out of Google X — guiding the organization through its separation from Alphabet and leading the capital raise process. I've also co-founded an early-stage startup.

Built the FP&A function from zero to a team of 11, managing the full P&L and all operational and financial KPIs. Led deal modeling for the Series D, E, F, and post-IPO financing rounds, and served as the CFO's right hand through the December 2020 IPO.

Led all FP&A for this Google X drone delivery moonshot through its spinout as an independent Alphabet company. Built the 10-year financial plan and valuation model, created capital raise materials, and led the Alphabetization process that established Wing as a standalone business.
